Welcome to MacroPlanr! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MacroPlanr mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. App Services

MacroPlanr provides tools such as calorie tracking, AI-powered meal planning, fasting schedules, and progress monitoring.
These services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or healthcare advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routines.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App are available through a paid subscription.

  • Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds: All billing and refund requests are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. User Content

You may submit information such as profile data, meal logs, fasting entries, or progress records (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By submitting it, you grant MacroPlanr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content to provide and improve the App.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Upload or share any offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its source code.
  • Interfere with the functionality, security, or availability of the App.

6. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the App.
  • Your health, diet, and lifestyle decisions remain your sole responsibility. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroPlanr and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Any issues resulting from reliance on the App’s information.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App within the last 12 months.
